National event - 19th April 2011

The Rightspace National Event is for people who wish to contribute to discussions and reflection and explore how we can all continue to promote social justice for children and young people.

Those wishing to challenge and be challenged may include:

• Children and young people


• Activists and campaigners


• Parents and carers


• Executive and strategic leads, Directors and lead managers for participation in local authorities, children and young people trusts, health authorities and within the voluntary sector


• Thinkers and researchers

There will be a series of themed workshops facilitated by young people and adults to enable people to share experience.  Dr Maggie Atkinson, The Children’s Commissioner for England, will be the guest speaker.  Full details of this event will be available soon. 

The event will take place on Tuesday 19^th April at The Electricworks in Sheffield.
